Creative Movement (3-5 years) is a playful introduction to ballet fundamentals through storytelling and imagery. This class encourages self-expression and confidence while teaching basic ballet etiquette and French terminology. With flexible dress code options, it’s perfect for children who thrive in a creative and supportive environment.
Pre-Ballet (3-4 years) offers a more structured environment ideal for children who thrive on routine. With a specific dress code and a focus on ballet class traditions, this class introduces fundamental elements of movement, musicality, rhythm, and space. Students will learn classical ballet terminology and engage in exercises to lay a strong foundation for future ballet training, while still nurturing creativity and imagination.
Pre-Ballet (5-6 years) is a key step toward transitioning into the Primary level, our first formal classical ballet training at OBT School. This class, offered twice a week (Tuesday/Saturday), introduces a traditional ballet structure with warm-up, barre work, center exercises, and jumping. Elements of pantomime for classical ballet narration are also included. Imagery and improvisation continue to build self-confidence and self-expression, enhancing both learning and artistry.
